Community Guidelines
Last updated: 12 June 2026
CrewSocials is a closed network for airline crew and aviation professionals. To keep it safe, welcoming and useful, every member is expected to follow these guidelines. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
What we expect
- Respectful conduct — treat every member with professionalism.
- No harassment — including unwanted sexual advances, intimidation or repeated unwanted contact.
- No discrimination — based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, disability or any protected characteristic.
- No threats or violence — including credible threats of harm.
- No impersonation — do not pretend to be another person, airline employee or moderator.
- No spam — including unsolicited promotion, scams or repetitive content.
- No illegal activity — including drug dealing, trafficking, weapons or sharing illegal content.
- No dangerous conduct — including operationally unsafe behaviour, sharing security-sensitive crew information, or encouraging risky activities.
Enforcement ladder
Moderators handle reports using a graduated response. More serious or repeated breaches escalate faster — severe violations may result in immediate ban without prior steps.
- Warning — formal notice that conduct must change.
- Restriction — temporary read-only access while a matter is reviewed.
- Suspension — time-limited removal of access.
- Ban — permanent removal from CrewSocials.
Reporting
Use the in-app report tools on a user, message or activity to flag concerns. Every report is reviewed by a trained moderator. Urgent safety matters should also be reported to local authorities. You can contact the safety team directly at .
Appeals
If your account is restricted, suspended or banned you can submit an appeal from the account-restricted screen or by emailing . Appeals are reviewed by a moderator who was not involved in the original decision wherever possible.
